NOTICE OF NEW ORDINANCE
Village of Kekoskee

Please take notice that the Village of Kekoskee adopted Ordinance No. 22-
2026: An Ordinance Amending Ordinance 22-2019 Establishing a Sewer
Use and User System for the Village of Kekoskee. The purpose of these
amendments is three-fold: to provide more detail regarding clean water
discharges; to provide a list of prohibited discharges into the sewerage
system; to require the installation of grease, oil, and sand interceptors when
necessary for the proper handling of liquid wastes containing grease,
flammable wastes, sand, or other harmful ingredients. All other provisions of
the existing Ordinance 22-2019 remain in full force and effect. The full text
