Community Development Block Grant money available: 0% loans are available to owner-occupied households for eligible home repairs, to income eligible tenants for home-buying assistance for down payments/closing costs and to landlords who rent to tenants that are low- to moderate-income.  Click here for information on assistance.

USDA Rural Development has funding available to purchase and repair homes in eligible rural communities. Interest rates range between 1-3.25%.
