LEGAL NOTICE

 

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, April 1, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. at the Kekoskee Village Hall, W3275 County Road TW, Mayville, Wisconsin, the Village of Kekoskee Village Board will be conducting a hearing on a proposed discontinuation of a portion of an unpaved alley pursuant to Wis. Stat., § 66.1003.  The affected land is a portion of the unpaved alley is that portion of an unpaved alley located between Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 located in Block 9 of platted Village of Kekoskee on the North and Lot 6 of the platted Village of Kekoskee on the South.

 

          A full legal description and map describing the land that would be affected by the discontinuation can be obtained from the Village Clerk. 

 

            The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend.
